- Water purification system: potable aqua iodine tablets

- Antiseptic: Providone iodine (Betadine)
- Anti-constipation (laxative): Metamucil or Stenokot
- Anti-diarrheals: Loperamide (Imodium AD) or bismuth subsalicylate (Pepto Bismol)
- Antimotion sickness: meclizine (Bonine) or dimenhydrinate (Dramamine)
