MSU overlook

Found out that the spot on my map marked Moscow State University (northwest of Kremlin) isn't the main campus! So that explains why I couldn't locate the hill with the overlook.

The overlook supposedly has a view of one of seven Moscow skyscrapers. Also learned that the University is for very smart or very rich folks...so I probably wouldn't be accepted.
